Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Clinic Manager to lead a dialysis clinic in Mold, North Wales. You will oversee operations, patient experience, and staff development, ensuring high standards of care in a modern, well-equipped facility.

The role requires NMC-registered nursing leadership, engaging teamwork and a proactive approach to governance, with a Monday-Saturday, day-shift pattern and a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience leading in outpatient haemodialysis is preferred.
• Strong liaison with NHS Trusts and CQC under guidance of Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinic's operations and patient journey.
• Liaise with NHS Trusts and the CQC with support of the Regional Manager.
• Implement new processes to drive quality improvements in the clinic.
• Onboard new teammates and support team development.
• Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and policies including KLoE.
