Qualifications

• Qualified technician with vocational credentials or equivalent experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing equipment to manufacturer standards.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and service/repair equipment to standards.
• Inspect equipment and identify parts needed for repairs.
• Order parts and assist with customer quotations.
• Use diagnostic systems to support fault finding.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and prepare equipment for use.
• Maintain accurate records and timesheets.
• Ensure workshop areas and tools are kept clean and safe.
• Support emergency call-outs when required.
• Assist other branches as needed.
