Job summary

This role focuses on taking technologies from research through to commercial readiness, leveraging biotech and product development expertise to drive diagnostic innovations.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will design and execute development programmes, analyse data and contribute to advancing diagnostic technologies toward market launch.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in a Life Science discipline.
- Industry experience within biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices or a related sector.
- Experience within a product development environment.
- Strong experimental design, troubleshooting and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with biological systems and ideally protein-based technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute development experiments to support product advancement.
- Optimise assays, protocols and development workflows.
- Analyse experimental data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Support the progression of technologies from research through to commercialisation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across assay development, molecular biology and product development functions.
