Job summary

ZEISS is seeking an Applications Development Manager to drive adoption, validation and commercialisation of diagnostic solutions across Europe. The role is home-based in the UK with extensive travel to the UK and Europe, working with laboratories, clinicians and sales teams.

You will develop diagnostic workflows, deliver training programs and provide technical expertise while collaborating with global teams to support strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, PhD or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree considered with significant industry experience.
• Experience in diagnostics, life sciences or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Europe-wide deployment of ZEISS diagnostic solutions.
• Develop and validate diagnostic workflows in clinical settings.
• Deliver training and workshops for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Applications teams.
• Gather feedback to inform future solution development.
• Represent ZEISS at customer sites, workshops and events.
