Job summary

ZEISS in the UK seeks an Applications Development Manager to drive adoption, validation and commercialization of diagnostic solutions across Europe. You will work with customers, laboratories and sales teams to develop workflows and deliver training.

This role requires strong diagnostics experience, excellent presentation skills, and willingness to travel 30-40% across the UK and Europe, with home-based work and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostics, pathology, life sciences or related healthcare.
• Strong customer-facing applications experience.
• Experience supporting laboratory or clinical diagnostic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and commercialisation of ZEISS diagnostic solutions across Europe.
• Develop, evaluate and validate diagnostic workflows within laboratory and clinical settings.
• Deliver customer training programmes, workshops and demonstrations.
• Provide technical and application expertise to customers and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Applications teams to support strategic business objectives.
