Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Clevedon is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You will service vehicles, perform safety checks, diagnose faults with modern software and conduct mechanical repairs to high standards.

Applicants should have NVQ 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, a valid UK driving licence, and own hand tools. DVSA MOT smart card or related cert is a plus. On-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with proven hands-on workshop experience
• Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repair
• Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card or F-Gas certification is advantageous, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence & hand tools

• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (100% WEEKDAYS ONLY with strictly zero weekend shifts required!)

Role Overview
