Job summary

Quattro Tech Limited is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician in St. Ives. The role involves providing high standards of work and excellent customer service while servicing and repairing VWG vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Undertake vehicle road testing.

Main tasks of job:

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs of VWG vehicles
• Repairing vehicles in line with manufacturers’ standards to comply with warranty agreements
• Carry out vehicle inspections and be able to identify defects
• Undertake vehicle road testing
• Using the latest industry equipment; working within the company health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving license
• Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Time served recognised apprenticeship and recognised qualification, level 3 preferred
• Electrical knowledge is an advantage
• Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
