We are seeking an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Are you a DSN who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and forward-thinking? Would you be keen to help us improve service delivery around pregnancy, technology including insulin pump therapy?
Do you have proven clinical skills and experience working as a diabetes specialist nurse? Have you managed clinics such as Type 1 services, YAC, or pump therapy? Do you have experience with antenatal care or spoke services?
Strong nurse-led outpatient experience is essential.
You should be self-motivated, organized, computer literate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to service provision and ongoing professional development.
While roles are cross-site, we are specifically looking for a Diabetes Specialist Nurse to support our outpatient services at Maidstone Hospital, working three days a week, Monday to Friday, 9-5.

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, pro-rata.
