Job summary

NES Fircroft in the UK is recruiting a Systems Engineer for a six-month contract based in Rugby. You will own DFMEA, act as SME for Reliasoft, and ensure the integrity and auditable structure of failure analyses for propulsion and electrical components.

You will run high-stakes technical workshops, translate engineering input into actionable data, and report KPI-driven status updates to project leadership and naval customers.

Qualifications

• Must have DFMEA and FMEA experience.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• ReliaSoft experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the DFMEA as SME and power-user of Reliasoft.
• Lead high-stakes technical workshops with design engineers.
• Turn engineering inputs into clean, auditable Reliasoft data.
• Track progress and report KPI-driven status updates to leadership.
