DTC, a Codan Company, is seeking a DevOps Team Lead in Whiteley, Hampshire to join our Engineering team. You will own development infrastructure, source control workflows and CI/CD pipelines that support our software and embedded products.

You will lead software test planning and automation, helping ensure changes deliver the intended functionality and that existing features perform reliably. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive test strategy, build reliability and release

Qualificações

• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD and development infrastructure.
• Experience with test planning and automation to support reliable releases.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and mentor a DevOps team, delivering hands-on technical work.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release artefacts across multiple branches.
• Maintain build environments and investigate failures.
• Lead automated nightly builds and test processes.
• Translate requirements into test plans and automated tests.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure release readiness.
