Job summary

DTC, a Codan Company, is seeking a Product Acceptance Test Team Lead in Whiteley to lead a small team validating firmware and waveform releases for wireless products. You will own test strategy, plan hands‑on testing, and work across RF, electronics, FPGA, firmware, software and DSP to ensure product readiness.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in wireless system testing, RF fundamentals, and the ability to design robust test processes while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a test team in wireless systems.
• Strong RF/wireless fundamentals and verification experience.
• Ability to design test processes, plans and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of test engineers and own the test approach.
• Validate firmware, embedded software and waveform releases.
• Design test plans and acceptance criteria for product updates.
• Perform hands‑on testing with RF, network and test equipment.
• Investigate failures with engineering to determine root causes.
• Improve and document test processes and automation opportunities.
• Provide effort estimates and coordinate testing activities.
