CK Group are recruiting for a Development Technologist to join a multinational corporation, specialising in the development and production of advanced thermoset composite materials, at their site in Nottinghamshire. This is a permanent position offering a salary from £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Location:

This role is based in Nottinghamshire. The site is easily accessible from Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.

Development Technologist Role:

• Identify potential technological improvements and R&D opportunities aligned with the company's business strategy and market plan.
• Participate in product launch activities and related marketing efforts.
• Effectively communicate R&D project results to diverse audiences.
• Support the Product Development team in line with the R&D roadmap.
• Assist in establishing the company's Product Development objectives.

Your Background:

To be considered, you should have:

• A degree in materials science, chemistry, or related field.
• Industry experience in relevant areas.
• Proven ability to develop resin formulations for prepreg applications.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques used in resin development.
