Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join the Scotland East region, ideally around Dundee. You will lead the development sales function, manage the customer journey, and secure sales in line with company standards and targets.

You will meet prospective buyers, maintain the relationship throughout the journey, present show homes to reflect high standards, and drive exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a Sales role.
• Customer-facing professional with exceptional service.
• Experience in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations, offering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
