Job Title: Development Project Co-ordinator

Location: Leeds

Salary: GBP29,717 per year

Job Type: Full time, Fixed Term Contract: 12 Months

About the role

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator looking to build your career in housing development? Leeds Federated is seeking a Development Project Coordinator to support the delivery of new housing developments through coordination, administration, and communication across various projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent coordination and administration support for development activities, including managing data across housing and project management systems.
  2. Conduct research and investigations related to development and asset management.
  3. Manage project data, track progress, and support policy compliance.
  4. Assist in preparing and administering internal meetings involving development papers and schemes.
  5. Attend site meetings and assist with property handovers.
  6. Manage key systems and documentation accurately.
  7. Maintain communication with stakeholders and support project targets.
  8. Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and defect management.
  9. Ensure work complies with statutory and legal requirements, staying updated on regulations.
Candidate requirements
  1. Experience in a customer-facing service role, preferably within housing associations, local authorities, or similar industries.
  2. Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
  3. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving issues.
  6. Proficiency with IT systems and adherence to procedures.
