Location: Remote

Full-time, permanent

My client is a leading event experience agency, retained by a world leading major HealthTech brand. They support their Global Events Team to deliver exceptional experiences at B2C exhibitions, trade shows, and other live events worldwide.

We are seeking an energetic, creative individual, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in events, who is looking to advance in their career. This role offers support and training, making it a great opportunity for someone eager to work in events or a creative agency environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team on various projects
• Creating PowerPoint presentations for project briefs
• Assisting in content creation for live and digital events
• Briefing and coordinating with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
• Reviewing scripts, content, and assets
• Developing and maintaining the asset library
• Organizing project files and content in Dropbox

Qualifications and Skills:

• Outgoing personality with 1-2 years of event experience, seeking to grow in their second role
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in events, business, or related field preferred
