The Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will work alongside the Alumni Network Engagement Manager to support the development of a sustainable alumni programme. Working with Sales and other internal stakeholders, the Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will contact individuals who have been through the FDM Programme to create a network of influential stakeholders. A positive alumni network enhances our brand and plays a key role in driving sales and developing future talent pipelines, both internally and for experienced consultants.
We aim to establish the FDM alumni brand with various stakeholders. For current consultants, awareness is needed before they leave; for alumni maintaining relationships, the network will centralize activity; and for potential future engagement, the network will create opportunities. The Alumni Project Co-Ordinator will collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Skills Lab, People Team) to ensure the network is recognized as a vital part of the FDM journey. The goal is to strengthen partnerships between alumni, FDM, and clients.
This role is ideal for someone interested in developing commercial skills, understanding business development, employer branding, and organizing events.
