Job summary

Housing Diversity Network in Kendal is seeking a Development Officer to lead on S106 and acquisitions for our new homes programme. You will work closely with the Development & Sales Manager on land-led development and may lead on land-led schemes where required.

The role requires the right to work in the UK and offers a benefits package plus a salary of £41,000.00 including a market supplement, with permanent full-time hours (37 per week).
