Coastline Housing is seeking a Development Officer to join the Development and Sales team. You will support Development Managers and the wider team, project managing a programme of affordable housing schemes and related projects across Coastline's portfolio.

You will prepare and maintain scheme files, keep accurate records, attend site meetings, liaise with stakeholders, and drive day-to-day development delivery from site start to defect resolution, coordinating legal agreements.

An opportunity has arisen within our Development and Sales team, so we are seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to join us as a Development Officer.

In this role, you will support our Development Managers and the wider team, project managing a programme of schemes and a range of affordable housing projects in Coastline's current portfolio.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining scheme files, accurate record keeping, attending site meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
