Curve Media Ltd in London is seeking a proactive Development Co-ordinator for a 12-month maternity cover, starting in November 2026. The role involves keeping development running smoothly, from pitch trackers to shoot logistics, and shaping ideas across Curve's platforms.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in production coordination or as a production secretary, with a production background and strong organisational skills. Office-based four days a week.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in production coordination or a related role.
• Experience preparing pitching materials such as decks, one sheets and sizzles.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support the Director of Development and team across day-to-day activities.
• Organise pitch materials and schedule commissioner meetings.
• Maintain trackers, checklists and update development assets.
• Coordinate filming logistics, call sheets and post- production for sizzles.
• Manage diary and communications for senior team members.
