This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an energetic development team in an exciting role working across both editorial and production management. This is not an entry level role. As above, the ideal candidate will have worked in the industry for at least two years and will have a production background with a keen interest in development. The role will require you to work in the office 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Director of Development and wider development team across all day-to-day activities
  • Assisting the Director of Development in collating relevant pitching materials, including decks, one sheets and sizzles, ahead of commissioner meetings.
  • Organising and updating trackers and checklists with the latest broadcaster / commissioner updates and correspondence.
  • Managing and organising all development assets, ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Compiling and circulating weekly broadcaster and commissioner updates weekly, including industry news and internal project developments.
  • Managing various other checklists for the development team and Curve's CEOs
  • Assisting in internal brainstorm meetings, contributing ideas and taking notes to track concepts and projects in progress.
  • Organising filming for the development team including call sheets, risk assessments, crew hire, kit hire, contracting, post-production for sizzles etc
  • Tracking and reporting expenditure for development shoots and general departmental expenses to the relevant senior team member.
  • Diary management for Senior Team members
About you
  • Highly organised, with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working to tight deadlines
  • A supportive, collaborative team player
  • Curious and creative, with an interest in developing new ideas across different platforms from global streamers and linear broadcasters to short form digital and podcasts.
