Responsibilities

• Own the studio space, ensuring a warm, safe environment and proactive issue resolution.
• Serve as central point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and internal staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and leave tracking for staff.
• Oversee IT operations, user access, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate production logistics, travel, permits, and on‑set support.
• Plan studio events and maintain team morale.
