Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity while gathering evidence and dealing with witnesses.
• Interview suspects or witnesses to assess involvement in the offence under investigation.
• Assist with preparation of prosecution files for CPS review under SIO direction.
• Develop intelligence for priority investigations and address information gaps.
• Ensure investigations comply with CPIA, RIPA and HRA and meet evidential standards.
• Collaborate with partner agencies on casework.
• Assist with execution of search warrants and securing evidence.
• Support activity in the CTP Operations Room and review digital media.
