Job summary

Levy is seeking a Strategy Director for the SEC Glasgow to drive growth and capital investment. You will conceive and shape ideas and build investable business cases, partnering with Levy and client stakeholders to move concepts from vision to funded delivery.

You will lead a high-profile development agenda, collaborating with central teams, planning functions and external partners to deliver ambitious, long-term change for SEC in Scotland.

Qualifications

• Senior-level strategic leadership experience in venues, events, hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven ability to originate and deliver capex or transformation projects from concept to investment approval.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models and ROI analyses to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term growth strategy and destination-venue vision for SEC in Scotland (C&E and Retail).
• Lead the creation of new experiences, spaces, propositions and offerings to differentiate SEC as a must-visit venue.
• Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships and experiential concepts for growth.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into forward-looking strategic concepts.
• Lead capex business case development, feasibility studies, financial modelling and ROI analysis.
