Job summary

Levy is seeking a Strategy Director for the SEC Glasgow to lead growth and capital investment initiatives, shaping ideas into investable business cases. You will partner with Levy's UK&I teams, the client, and external architects/contractors to drive concept-to-delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in strategic leadership, venue development or capital projects.
• Proven track record delivering capex or transformation projects from concept to investment approval.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models and ROI analyses.
• Experience working with design, build partners and external authorities to deliver change.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Destination Vision: Develop and own the long-term growth strategy and destination-venue vision for SEC in Scotland.
• Capital Investment & Business Case Development: Lead capex business cases, feasibility studies, financial modelling and ROI analyses.
• Stakeholder & Partnership Development for Growth: Collaborate with Levy teams and the client’s development and planning functions to progress growth initiatives and build external partnerships.
• Strategy Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing strategy team, fostering innovation, rigour and talent development.
