Job summary

Levy, the strategic partner for SEC Glasgow, is seeking a Strategy Director to lead growth, capital investment and destination vision for the Scottish Event Campus. This role shapes multi-year investment across C&E and Retail, working with client teams and external partners to translate ideas into funded, deliverable programs.

You will report to the Venue Director, build a high-performing strategy team, and influence senior stakeholders to secure investment and drive long-term value for SEC

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in strategic leadership, venue development or capital project roles.
• Proven track record of originating and delivering capex or transformation projects from concept through to investment approval.
• Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models and ROI analyses to executive or board audiences.
• Experience working with design, build and external development partners (architects, contractors, planning bodies).

Responsibilities

• Grow SEC's long-term strategy and destination vision for Scotland across Conference & Events and Retail.
• Lead capex business case development, feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Levy design/build teams and external partners to progress concepts to funded proposals.
• Lead and mentor the strategy team to deliver innovative, rigorous plans.
