Job summary

Levy seeks a Strategy Director for SEC Glasgow to lead growth and capital-investment agendas, shaping ideas and robust business cases that position SEC as a premier destination venue in Scotland’s Conference & Events and Retail operations. You will translate market trends into investable concepts and work with Levy and client teams to move them from vision to funded delivery.

Qualifications

Significant senior-level experience in strategic leadership within events, hospitality, or venue operations.
Proven track record of originating and delivering capex or transformation projects.
Experience developing and presenting business cases, financial models and ROI analyses to executives.
Experience working with design, build and external development partners to deliver change.

Responsibilities

Lead long-term growth strategy and destination-venue vision for SEC in Scotland (C&E and Retail).
Translate market trends and insights into forward-looking strategic concepts and investment cases.
Develop capex business cases, feasibility studies, financial modelling and ROI analysis.
Present strategic recommendations to the executive team and board with data-driven insight.
Build and lead a strategy team focused on conceptual design and business-case development.
