Job summary

Genuit Group is seeking a Despatch Supervisor to lead the Doncaster despatch operation, ensuring orders are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched on time with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety and quality. You will guide Despatch Team Leaders, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with the aim of maintaining high levels of customer service and efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading teams in warehouse/despatch/logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and despatch operations and safety practices.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily despatch operations to ensure on-time orders and accurate loading.
• Oversee safe and efficient loading of vehicles and secure handling of products.
• Monitor workflow, resolve delays, and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Provide direction to Despatch Team Leaders; allocate resources and support development.
