Job summary

CDE Group is seeking a Despatch Co-Ordinator to ensure all project components are despatched safely, on time and in full. You will assist with picking to maintain a steady flow of materials for Assembly builds, helping minimise site install delays.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a busy logistics environment. Training and development opportunities are available as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• H&S awareness and safe handling practices essential.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Logistics or Materials Handling role.
• Forklift licence required and operating freight equipment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, organising and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Always ensure Best in Class Health & Safety protocol.
• Ensure plant leaves and arrives at site in good condition.
• Maintain accurate packing lists detailing what has been despatched.
• Track remaining shipment items and chase with urgency as needed.
