Job summary

Diverse Talent Solutions Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading provider of short-term computer rental and AV hire services. The role is based in the Wokingham office and requires a flexible, can-do attitude with prior warehouse experience.

You will support day-to-day despatch activities, packing, courier bookings, deliveries and coordinating routes for a small fleet. Full driving license is essential and standard hours are 09:00 to 17:30.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Package and palletise goods from small parcels to large pallet loads.
• Make bookings, follow up queries and resolve shipping issues with logistics partners.
• Occasionally conduct deliveries and collections using company vehicles.
• Book couriers to meet delivery timescales with minimal cost.
• Arrange collection of rental equipment from customer sites within required timescales.
• Keep the computer system fully up to date.
• Organise route schedules for a small fleet of delivery and service staff.
