Job summary

TT Electronics plc in Abercynon is seeking a reliable Despatch Operator to join the Despatch team. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately, ensuring on-time delivery while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires good time management, detail orientation and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues. Training is provided for despatch procedures and forklift operations as needed.

Qualifications

• A reliable, detail-focused candidate with good time management and accuracy.
• Willingness to train in despatch processes and forklift use.
• Basic computer skills; BPSS clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and scan customer orders accurately per SOPs.
• Prepare and dispatch products to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Complete documentation and maintain despatch records.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain tidy work areas.
• Work collaboratively or independently to meet daily priorities.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high quality.
