Job summary

C&K Meats in Eye (near Diss) is recruiting a Despatch Operative to manage the loading bay and support first-class customer service. The role involves picking/packing products, scanning pallets, stock rotation, and assisting with loading/unloading, including heavy lifting of carcasses.

A full UK driving licence is essential. The position offers a starting rate and a progression to higher rates once the shunter licence is completed, with overtime paid for hours above 45.

Qualifications

• Great organisational skills.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Experience in loading bay or warehouse is preferred; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing products.
• Scanning pallets in and out.
• Stock rotation.
• Loading and unloading, including heavy lifting of carcasses.
• Other duties as required.
• Driving Shunter Truck (training provided).
