Job summary

Af Blakemore & Son Ltd in Talbot Green is seeking a Despatch Clerk to support our warehouse operations. You will coordinate order scheduling, despatch activities and driver information, working closely with drivers, warehouse staff and management to ensure orders are dispatched on time.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office in a busy logistics environment. This is a hands-on on-site position within South Wales.

• Confident using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and releasing customer orders to planned routes.
• Administration of customer orders, replenishment and despatch operations.
• Liaison with operations management and other departments for queries and information.
• Administration, collation and distribution of driver information.
• Running and distribution of general reports.
• Allocation of work areas to warehouse staff.
• Replenishment of warehouse stationary consumables.
