We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team onsite in Hull. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, and ensuring a smooth computing experience for employees.

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience in a desktop support or IT support role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications.

• Provide first and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, email issues, VPN, and other software related problems.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
