Fruition Group have an exciting contract to work with a tech-first business who are a market leader in their field.
You will take responsibility for day-to-day IT issues and queries from business users, escalating tickets and interacting with the Service Desk. As well as providing on-site technical assistance and support related to computer systems including troubleshooting hardware, software and laptop rebuilds.

Please note: This role requires out-of-hours and weekend work to support project delivery and resolution of critical IT issues.
