Fruition Group have an exciting contract to work with a tech-first business who are a market leader in their field.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day IT issues and queries from business users, escalating tickets and interacting with the Service Desk. As well as providing on-site technical assistance and support related to computer systems including troubleshooting hardware, software and laptop rebuilds.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality 2nd line IT support
  • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, including key functions, principles, and processes
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects to manage and enforce security policies
  • Strong proficiency in Windows system administration, particularly with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and managing Apple iOS devices
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly in relation to asset management

Please note: This role requires out-of-hours and weekend work to support project delivery and resolution of critical IT issues.
