Qualifications

Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Industry, in a new business oriented role.
Strong commercial acumen with track record of profitable growth.
Cert CII qualification (or qualified by experience).

Responsibilities

Drive sales and growth by meeting individual and team targets through proactive prospecting and campaigns.
Manage client relationships with review meetings, mid-term visits and tailored advice to maximise cross-sell opportunities.
Oversee leads, meetings and income generation with effective diary systems and planning.
Represent the company professionally at external events and industry forums to maximise opportunities.
