Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking is seeking a Desktop Executive to join our Exeter office. You will lead client relationships, drive sales and renewal targets, and identify new business opportunities within the UK commercial insurance sector.

This permanent, hybrid role offers 35 hours per week, a starting salary of £40,000 with benefits and bonus potential, and a strong development path within Benefact Group.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance Industry, focused on new business growth.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
• Cert CII qualification (or qualified by experience).

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Growth – achieve individual and team targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
• Client Relationship Management – build and maintain strong relationships via review meetings and tailored advice.
• Operational Excellence – manage leads, meetings and income generation with diary systems and planning.
• Collaborative representation – partner with colleagues to maximise opportunities and represent the company externally.
