Benefact Group plc is seeking a Desktop Executive for the Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking team in Exeter. You will lead client relationships, drive sales and renewals, and unlock new business opportunities through strategic reviews and expert advice, supporting our growth strategy.

This permanent, full-time role offers 28 days leave, a pension, bonus potential, and a range of health and wellbeing benefits. Working hours are 35 per week, Monday to Friday, in Exeter.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the UK Commercial Insurance industry and new business focus.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth.
• Strong client engagement and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & growth through proactive prospecting and campaigns.
• Manage client relationships via reviews and visits, cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence with diary systems, meetings, and income tracking.
• Represent Lloyd & Whyte professionally at external events and industry forums.
