Crawford is seeking an investigator to complete SLA-driven telephone interviews and detailed investigations into loss and damage claims. The role involves advising policyholders on indemnity and quantum, maintaining complete and accurate files, and updating Technicians, Insurers and Branches in line with Crawford processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, communication and analytical skills, be proactive, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Complete appointments within SLA with pre-visit enquiries.
• Investigate loss/damage claims in detail and advise policyholders.
• Maintain files per Crawford policy with standard documents.
• Validate policy cover and advise on indemnity and quantum.
• Provide updates to Technicians, Insurers and Branches per processes.
• Contribute to MI reporting and Business Continuity awareness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of FCA procedures and TCF initiatives.
