Job summary

Crawco is seeking a diligent investigator to perform external field investigations and investigative desk interviews. You will manage a caseload within client SLAs, validate policy cover, and prepare detailed reports for insurers, policyholders and branches.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, compliance with FSA procedures and the TCF initiative, and ongoing personal development within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing caseloads within client SLAs.
• Proactive in delivering high-quality investigations and reports.
• Ability to build trust with policyholders and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out external investigations in the field and complete investigative desk interviews.
• Attend appointments within SLA after pre-visit enquiries.
• Investigate loss/damage claims using external sources and advise policyholders.
• Issue reports to insurers within SLAs and maintain files per policy.
• Validate policy cover and advise on indemnity, liability and quantum.
• Provide regular updates to policyholders, insurers and branches and perform MI reporting.
• Be aware of BC programme, FSA procedures and the TCF initiative.
• Seek personal training and development and work both independently and in a team.
