Job summary

A&O IT Group in Reading is seeking a Fixed Term IT Desktop Support Analyst for 8 months on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will build, deploy and distribute laptops and workstations, perform SCCM imaging and configuration, and handle incidents and service requests with near-desktop support.

You will support end-user devices, collaboration tools, network-attached devices, and ensure daily health checks while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to SLA standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Windows desktop support.
• Experience with end-user devices and PC hardware installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and distribute laptops and workstations.
• SCCM imaging and configuration.
• Handle incidents and service requests; provide near-desktop support.
• Support end-user devices, collaboration and mobility tools.
• Perform daily health checks on end-user and network devices.
• Provide deskside and meeting room support.
• Maintain high standards of end-user support per SLA.
