Job Profile:

• Working from a home base, provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, primarily across the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, who prefers minimal travel and report preparation.
• Must be confident and able to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Ideally, candidates should be ACILA qualified; however, experienced candidates working towards this qualification will also be considered.
• Part-time or flexible working arrangements may be available.
