Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients across the UK, primarily in the Commercial sector, excluding motor claims.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, preferring minimal travel and report preparation.
• Must be confident and able to establish rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Ideally, candidates will be ACILA qualified; however, those demonstrating relevant experience and working towards this qualification will also be considered.
• Part-time or flexible working arrangements may be available.
