Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, mainly across the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers minimal travel and report preparation.
• Must be confident and able to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates ideally should be ACILA qualified; however, those demonstrating relevant experience and working towards this qualification will also be considered.
• May also be suitable for part-time or flexible working arrangements.
