Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, primarily across the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, who prefers minimal travel and report preparation.
• Must be confident and capable of developing rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates should ideally be ACILA qualified or demonstrate relevant experience and be working towards this qualification.
• May also be suitable for part-time or flexible working arrangements.
