Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a desk-based, full-time role in Cambuslang. The position offers a fixed schedule with set hours and an hourly rate of £13.89 rising to £14.67 after 6 months.

Training is provided and there is no sales involvement. Candidates should have face-to-face customer service experience from retail, hospitality, or similar environments and be comfortable handling difficult conversations calmly.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers face-to-face - retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar.
• Comfortable talking to people and handling difficult conversations calmly.
• Able to juggle more than one thing at once.
• Computer skills - happy to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls, emails and online queries - same as handling customers in-store, different channel.
• Sorting out problems and following them through to a resolution.
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
• Working with colleagues to keep service standards high.
