Genuit Group in Doncaster is seeking a Desk-Based Account Manager to manage a portfolio of builders’ merchant customers. You will drive sales, execute promotions, and build long-term relationships with key contacts across accounts.

Work closely with field sales, marketing and internal teams to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets while delivering outstanding service and commercial support. Monday–Friday, with benefits included.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in sales or account management within construction or building supplies.
• Able to analyse data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, motivation and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications and CRM/tools proficiency.
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a B2B environment is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage a structured call plan to engage builders’ merchant accounts.
• Drive sales and revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts across portfolios.
• Be the primary contact for day-to-day queries and service quality.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with customers and monitor uptake.
• Maintain CRM records and report on account performance and insights.
• Collaborate with field-based colleagues to ensure cohesive coverage.
• Assist onboarding of new customers and support admin follow-up.
