A leading estate agent group is seeking a motivated individual to assist their photography team. The role involves retouching images, producing CAD floor plans, and ensuring quality control. Ideal candidates will have a passion for photography, strong communication skills, and a good knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom. Training will be provided for additional design tasks.

Job description

Main Purpose of the role: Assist the photography team in turning around quality photographs and accurate floor plans for marketing within the agreed timescales. Provide additional quality control work to ensure that all the department work is completed to the same standards.

Location:Notting Hill
Hours:Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Retouching of property, location and personnel imagery.
- Produce floor plans on CAD, lease plans and architectural plans (training provided).
- Meet and exceed daily KPI targets/agreed volumes.
- Liaise with external companies to ensure they meet our standards.
- Ensuring a consistent finish, focused on agreed quality expectations.
- Take on additional design work (training provided) including: Video Editing, Virtual Staging, Virtual Tours/3D, Video, Quality Control.

- Passion for photography.
- Good knowledge Photoshop/ Lightroom.
- Smart and well presented.
