Halfords is seeking a Designate Store Manager to support our management teams across local stores. You will lead in-store teams with encouragement and motivation, drawing on your leadership experience while receiving training to prepare for a permanent Store Manager role.

During training, you will build a strong support network and deliver exceptional service to customers while upholding health and safety standards and retail compliance across the area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Background in a service-focused business.
• Experience in managing sales and service targets and KPIs.
• Skilled in recruiting, developing, and leading teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to deploy teams to the right roles.
• Strong compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
