Grosvenor in the Southern UK is seeking a Designate General Manager to prepare to run one of our casino venues. This role demands ownership, culture shaping and strong operational leadership.

You will lead 35–150 staff, drive revenue and customer experience, and participate in an induction across venues with a supportive leadership team. This is a rare chance to elevate to a larger venue with real autonomy and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading your venue to its full potential from the gaming floor to the bar
• Using data and insight to think outside the box in order to drive revenue, visitation and margin growth

• Experience leading large teams in high volume, customer led environments

• Able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, including some weekends when needed
