Grosvenor is seeking a Designate General Manager to lead a high-volume casino venue and drive performance from the gaming floor to the bar. This leadership role focuses on ownership, culture, and people development in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will be supported with hands-on development across multiple venues, building capability to run your own site with autonomy and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in high volume, customer-led environments.
• Commercial mindset with confidence using data and managing P&L.
• Resilience with confident, assured decision making.
• Strong judgement in regulated or standards-driven settings.
• Proven ability to develop others and shape a great working culture.
• Able to work daytime and evening shifts, including some weekends.

Designate General Manager

Location: Southern UK / South Coast
